Role Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Technology Lead who can take charge of architectural decisions, technical design, and development oversight for Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices, code quality, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Review technical artifacts and oversee code/configuration deployment.
• Provide hands-on support in resolving complex technical issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and technical leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and system integrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Architect certifications preferred
