Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of large-scale Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, and a strategic mindset to drive team performance, client engagement, and solution expansion through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects.
• Manage delivery schedules, scope, risks, and budgets.
• Own client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales/account teams on strategy.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and SLAs.
• Mentor technical and functional teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10–15 years of experience, with 7+ years in Salesforce delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Proven enterprise project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills.
• PMP/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
