Job Summary

We are hiring a Python Developer with 4–7 years of experience to build scalable backend services using Flask, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in REST API development and the ability to solve business use cases independently while collaborating closely with frontend and DevOps teams.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (Flask)
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Deliver scalable, secure, and performance-optimized backend solutions
• Ensure adherence to modern web standards and best practices
• Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams for seamless system integration

Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in Python (Flask) for backend development
• Strong experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of Web architecture and modern web standards
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Ability to understand and solve business use-cases independently.
• Understand complex business use cases and provide effective, independent solutions
