Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Lead MERN / React.js Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing and developing full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong command over React.js/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, and database integration using SQL. Experience with AWS Amplify, TypeScript, and modern UI/UX standards is highly desirable. This is a leadership-oriented role for someone ready to take ownership of both technical architecture and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and SQL
• Design and implement clean, reusable components using React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Handle end-to-end feature development including frontend, backend, database, and deployment
• Integrate and manage APIs, microservices, and third-party libraries
• Utilize AWS Amplify for hosting, authentication, and cloud resources management
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams, backend developers, DevOps, and QA engineers
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Maintain best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security

Mandatory Skills

• React.js / Next.js with strong TypeScript experience
• Node.js and Express.js backend development
• SQL database design, queries, and optimization
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management
• REST API development and integration
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+
• Git version control and CI/CD practices

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS Amplify, Cognito, S3, and AppSync
• Familiarity with MongoDB (in addition to SQL)
• GraphQL experience
• Experience in leading Agile teams and managing sprints
