Job Description:

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Adobe Target Professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As an Adobe Target Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized, optimized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise in A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making will directly impact our customers’ experience and engagement.

In addition to Adobe Target expertise, experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize user experiences, conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Personalization: Leverage Adobe Target’s personalization features to create tailored, data-driven experiences for different audience segments, improving customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Work with digital teams to ensure seamless optimization and personalization across web, mobile, and other digital touch points.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor test results and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns. Use Adobe Analytics and other data tools to measure success.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, development, and UX/UI teams to align digital strategies with broader business objectives. Ensure consistent messaging and design across optimized experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Target features, updates, and industry best practices to ensure that we are leveraging the full potential of the platform.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe Target or similar personalization and optimization tools.
  • Other Adobe Experience Cloud Products: Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Experience Manager is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) to troubleshoot and implement changes to digital experiences.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize user journeys and make strategic recommendations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analytics interpretation.
  • Project Management: Experience managing and executing optimization projects, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Adobe Target certifications and any relevant Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are a plus.
