Role: Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

 

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex Triggers. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce development and customization, with the ability to design scalable solutions that enhance business processes. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, LWC, and Apex triggers. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules. 
  • Develop Lightning Web Components and integrate them with Salesforce to improve user experience. 
  • Optimize Salesforce processes and performance, ensuring system scalability and efficiency. 
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to Salesforce implementation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other systems and platforms. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. 
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. 
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. 
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex triggers. 
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred, but not mandatory). 
  • Proficient in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and APIs. 
  • Experience with Agile methodology and version control tools (e.g., Git). 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications (preferred). 

  

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products. 
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Copado.
